The wide popularity of the salad with crab sticks is explainable – it is easy and quick to cook and all the ingredients are affordable. Such a salad with a crab product "surimi" became almost a must and welcome for a holiday table. <br /><br />✅ Ingredients:<br />• crab sticks – 17 oz /500 g <br />• eggs – 4 <br />• canned corn – 7 oz /200 g <br />• fresh cucumber – 3 oz /100 g <br />• boiled carrot – 3/oz /100 g <br />• homemade mayonnaise – 2 tbsp <br />• dill – 2 tbsp <br />• salt – 1 tsp <br />• ground black pepper – ½ tsp <br /> <br />✅ You will need:<br />• bowl <br />• carving board <br />• saucepan <br /> <br /> Preparation:<br />1. In advance hard-boil and cool the eggs, boil the carrot until readiness.<br />2. Cut the cucumber lengthwise, deseed carefully with a teaspoon and cut into small dices. <br />3. Cut the carrot, eggs and surimi sticks into small dices. Try to cut everything in equal size. <br />4. Lay all the ingredients above into a bowl, add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and combine well. <br />5. Lay out the salad into a small bowl and press with a spoon. <br />6. Lay a plate onto the bowl with the salad, turn over and remove the bowl carefully. Sprinkle your salad with surimi with the chopped up dill. <br /><br /> Advices: <br />1. Boiled rice can be added to such a salad. <br />2. Use surimi sticks of good quality. <br />3. Defrost surimi sticks in advance. <br />4. You can add red bell pepper instead of cucumber. That’s a popular variant as well.
